Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Domestic or Commercial Gas Safe certification
  • Mechanical/gas installation experience
  • Water safety / Legionella training or experience
  • Heating, ventilation, hot/cold water systems and plant maintenance experience
  • NHS, hospital, healthcare, council, school or large estates experience preferred
  • Driving licence preferred
  • Reactive maintenance and PPM experience
