We are currently seeking an experienced Band 3 Administrator / Call Handler for the Just One Number Service based at Cringleford Business Centre, Intwood Road, Norwich.
Details:
- £13.00 per hour
- ASAP start
- 2–3-month placement
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Standard DBS with Adult and Children Barred List required
Duties include:
- Managing incoming calls, voicemails, emails, and referrals
- Booking and rearranging appointments
- Updating service user records
- Using SystmOne and other digital platforms
- Scanning, reporting, spreadsheet maintenance, and general admin support
- Minute taking and sending letters
Requirements:
- Strong admin and call handling experience
- Good communication skills
- NHS or healthcare experience preferred
- SystmOne knowledge desirable
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
