Rate: 42 per hour (Inside IR35)

Contract: Initial 3 months

Interview: Microsoft Teams

Role overview: You will deliver face-to-face Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments, coordinate MDT input, complete eligibility documentation, and support review/dispute processes in line with the National CHC Framework.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete CHC assessments and reviews (patient facing)
  • Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations
  • Liaise with clinicians, social care, families and providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records

Essential:

  • Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Proven CHC assessment / review experience
  • Excellent written communication and decision documentation
  • Ability to work on-site in Kettering
