Join Our Growing Team. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to support the Head of Projects & Design in delivering complex and exciting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take full ownership of project delivery within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of multiple projects, including attending site visits to assess and define scopes of work
- Creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks through effective planning and communication
- Leading stakeholder engagement and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Coordinating and documenting meetings, actions, and project decisions
- Managing and resolving variations or compensation events using contractual knowledge (e.g., NEC)
- Overseeing supply chain relationships and performance
- Ensuring compliance with frameworks, quality standards, and documentation requirements
- Producing and maintaining key project documentation (CPP, RACI charts, payment schedules, etc.)
- Responsible for managing the full turnkey project end to end.
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Hold Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM, or similar)
- Experience with delivering projects within the water industry (advantageous)
