Due to continual expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator working in conjunction with and supporting the heads of each division and co-ordinating the PSE (Process Separation Equipment) team.
Job Scope & Key Responsibilities
The Service Co-ordinator is an integral part of the team and will be required to be organised, disciplined with good communication and people skills. This is an evolving role with great scope for development. The main duties will be:
- Co-ordinate and organise our field-based engineers with job deployment, including distribution of jobs with precise instruction and timescales.
- Ensure full support is given to field-based Engineers.
- Co-ordinate PSE related works brought into the workshop for remedials, ensuring timescales are met and equipment/assets are delivered back to location in a timely manner.
- Forward planning & scheduling assigned jobs into workboards.
- Be the IT champion for the PSE division, managing job creation, closure, equipment assignment, engineer assignment, report completion and distribution, H&S report monitoring, purchase order control, and overall job management.
- Monitor job progress and communicate accordingly internally & externally, ensuring regular customer liaison.
- Review new jobs daily and determine requirements.
- Attend and participate in daily meetings & weekly project meetings.
- Component purchasing / Devising BOM with engineers.
- Provide technical information for jobs (i.e. distribute drawings) where required.
- Feedback any resource concerns or issues raised from team members to the relevant Manager.
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to and accurate information is gathered on our job handling system.
- Deploy RAMS to customers that require them and attach them to our IT system.
- Contribute to or seek technical advice as required.
- Assist with engineering drawings on SolidWorks / AutoCAD where specifically identified.
- Other duties relevant to your role or business requirements.

Salary: £30k - £40k experience dependent
