Rhaelm is seeking a Head of HSEQ to lead health, safety, environment and quality across our infrastructure portfolio in the UK. You will set standards to protect people, assets, and delivery in mission-critical environments, owning strategy, culture, and assurance as the senior risk authority across live sites and programmes.
You will drive governance and compliance with ISO standards and client requirements, support tender activity, audits, and continuous improvement, and coach teams on safe practices.
