RHA Recruitment Solutions Limited is looking for a confident, self-starting Technical Sales Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting existing products, new enquiries, and customer technical needs. If you are an original thinker with a solid grounding in analogue and digital electronics, and you enjoy speaking with people as much as solving technical problems, this role will suit you perfectly. You will become a go-to expert on our full range of electronic instruments, supporting customers, internal teams, and contributing to new product testing and hands-on electronics work.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and online ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation in line with ISO 9000 requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventative solutions for recurring issues.
- Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and internal staff.
- Prepare technical proposals, documentation and cost estimates to support sales.
