This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, rapid sign-ups, and high-energy outreach. Your mission is simple: sign up new members using your unique referral code—anywhere, anytime, through any channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Acquisition — Actively sign up new Collective members using your personal referral code.
  • Field Sales Activity — Visit business parks, offices, retail areas, local events, and networking sessions to attract new members.
  • Live Onboarding — Register new users on the spot, help them complete their profile, upload their first offer, view the deal board, and post an introductory chat message.
  • Event Engagement — Attend networking events with a laptop/tablet and sign people up immediately—don’t let prospects walk away unregistered.
  • Outbound Prospecting — Use calls, emails, social outreach, and in-person visits to drive sign-ups.
  • Door-to-Door Outreach — Approach local stores, offices, and business units to introduce BG Collective and convert them on the spot.
  • Network Activation — Use your personal and professional network to generate new members.
