We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team, focused on offshore projects. As Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role will require (expensed) travel to Dublin for three days a week to work with clients and contractors on site, with 2 days a week at home. For this particular role, preference will be given to applicants with off shore project experience. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes for infrastructure projects. * Identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation strategies. * Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with risk management policies. * Provide expert advice on risk management to project teams and stakeholders. * Monitor and report on risk exposure, and implement corrective actions as needed. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage risks effectively. * Ensure that all risk management activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry, but offshore project experience. * Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices. * Proficiency in risk management tools and software (e.g., @Risk, Safran, PRA). * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
