The Role
The QHSE Manager will provide leadership across all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and business objectives.
Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will drive continual improvement, support best practice, and develop systems that protect employees, customers and the wider environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance

Develop and implement the company's QHSE strategy in line with legislative requirements and business objectives.

Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management and act as the primary contact for external auditors, regulatory authorities, customers and accreditation bodies.

Lead organisational initiatives focused on improving quality, safety and environmental performance.
Compliance & Management Systems
*
Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
*
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates across the business, whilst managing internal and external audit programmes, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions.
Quality Management
*
Promote a "Right First Time" culture throughout the organisation.
*
Drive root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues, monitor quality performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with operational teams to reduce defects, waste and rework.
