We are seeking a motivated Graduate Technical Sales Support Engineer to join a growing engineering and technology-led business. This role is ideal for a technically minded graduate who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and supporting commercial growth. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and product teams to provide expert technical guidance, prepare proposals, and help customers get the best from our solutions. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Technical customer support - Provide first-line technical advice to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Sales engineering support - Assist the sales team with technical input during customer meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Product knowledge development - Become an expert in the company’s products, systems, and applications.
- Proposal & quotation preparation - Produce accurate technical quotations, tender responses, and solution recommendations.
- Testing & evaluation - Support product trials, demonstrations, and customer evaluations.
- Documentation & reporting - Create technical documentation, reports, and customer-facing materials.
- Cross-team collaboration - Work with engineering, R&D, and operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Customer relationship building - Help maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Skills & Attributes:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, or similar.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and supporting commercial conversations.
