RHA Recruitment Solutions is looking to speak to individuals who have experience of, or are keen on a career in electronics, as a Service/Calibration Engineer. As part of a small team, in an expanding business, you will be working for a company who design and manufacture a range of electrical instrumentation. You will make adjustments to machines, instruments and components, using measuring and diagnostic software to ensure precision settings are in line with company and industry standards.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Calibration of new instruments, prior to dispatch to clients across the UK
- Service and calibration of customer instruments
- Fault finding down to component level
- Assist the test department (and others) as required
Whilst the ability to hand solder is beneficial, it is not essential as full training in this area will be offered. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in a calibration position; however, we will also welcome applications from individuals with electrical qualifications looking to embark on their career under detailed guidance and development. What you can offer is a great level of communication and the desire to become an integral part of a well-performing team.
