Key responsibilities
- Monthly CVRs, forecasts and cashflows
- Payment applications, valuations and final accounts
- Subcontract procurement and accounts
- Compensation events, variations and change control
- Commercial risk and project reporting
Candidate requirements
- Quantity surveying experience in rail / infrastructure
- Strong NEC contract knowledge
- CVR, forecasting and reporting skills
- Rail contracting or Network Rail exposure preferred
