Rha Commercial is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join our growing consultancy team and develop our residential surveying service, Rha Home Surveys. Based in Bridgend with flexibility for occasional remote working, the role focuses on inspecting properties and preparing Level 1, 2 and 3 home survey reports under the RICS Home Survey Standard.
You will have at least a year’s relevant surveying experience and hold AssocRICS or MRICS, or be working towards either qualification.
