An excellent Duty Manager is required for the remarkable scheme of One Palace Street, luxury residences overlooking Buckingham Palace in SW1.
Responsibilities
- The Duty Managers will focus on the day to day management of the front of house ensuring the team deliver their daily duties to an exceptional standard.
- They will be the most senior person on the residential team during the night and will be able to effectively cover all duties and responsibilities.
- They will oversee the delivery of key service elements: concierge services, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered.
- They will direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity bookings, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
- They will focus on building resident loyalty through proactive communications, setting and managing expectations and delivering results.
- They will have significant concierge experience in industry-leading hospitality establishments as well as super-prime and amenity-rich residential schemes.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience as a senior concierge within London super prime residential amenity-rich scheme.
- Must have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience serving UHNWIs.
- Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area.
- High standard of written and verbal English, additional language skills beneficial.
- Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
- Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments.
