Position: Waiter

RH is seeking a Waiter to join our team, providing world-class service and hospitality to our guests. You will enhance the overall service experience by being an excellent team player and anticipating guests\’ needs. A passion for luxury service and attention to detail are essential.

Your Responsibilities

1. Live Our Vision, Values, and Beliefs
2. Greet guests at their tables
3. Ensure all guest orders are placed promptly, including water, beverages, and food
4. Assist guests with questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
5. Engage with guests to make them feel welcomed and \”at home\”
6. Manage trips to and from the kitchen efficiently
7. Process all guest payments
8. Deliver food and drinks to tables as needed
9. Perform incidental tasks such as restocking, clearing, resetting tables, sanitising, boxing orders, and polishing silverware and glassware

Our Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience as a Server
2. Eager to learn and support the team
3. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience with POS systems like Micros and Toast
5. Knowledge of food, wine, and beer
6. Challenge 25 and Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 Certification
7. Legal right to work in the UK
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

1. Frequently move and lift items up to 25kg
2. Stand and walk for extended periods
