This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business working a four‑day week, offering a great work‑life balance and long weekends every week. Key Responsibilities of a CNC Operator * Set up and operate CNC flat bed routing machinery. * Load materials and ensure correct machine settings are applied. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructions. * Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where required. * Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications. * Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties. * Work safely and adhere to all health and safety procedures. * Assist with general production activities when required. Candidate Requirements of a CNC Operator * Previous experience operating CNC flat bed routers or similar CNC machinery. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. * Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. * Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team. * Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential. * Four‑day working week. * Permanent full-time position. * Overtime opportunities available. * Supportive team environment.
