Mobile Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic

Salary: Up to £21.00ph (DOE)

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift

Are you an experienced HGV Technician with Trailer experience interested in a mobile role that offers you the ability to work independently? Looking for a role that offers great work life balance and does not involve weekend working?

Responsibilities:

As a Trailer Technician you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on customer sites to a high standard. The Trailer Mechanic will perform trailer inspections and conduct any necessary defect work required. Diagnosing faults and adhering to health and safety regulations is also an important aspect of this position. In addition, you will be required to keep up to date with product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the HGV/Trailer Technician field, with comprehensive vehicle and trailer maintenance knowledge.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety standards, is essential for a Trailer Technician.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferable for a Trailer Technician however time served experience may be considered.
