We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator to join a busy and professional commercial vehicle operation. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position with a well-established business.

The successful Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating service and repair work, processing warranty claims, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the service department. As a Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, liaising with the workshop and parts department to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a proactive Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing customer enquiries and booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs.
  • Providing customers with updates throughout the repair process.
  • Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with technicians and the parts department to coordinate workshop activities.
  • Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records using internal systems.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard.
Experience & Skills Required

We are looking for a Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator with:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Warranty Administrator.
  • A background within Commercial Vehicles dealerships is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong administrative ability with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work confidently in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Systems

Experience using the following systems would be advantageous:

  • ESA
  • SAP
  • COMVIS

Training can be provided on these systems if you have relevant industry experience but have not used them before.

Working Hours

40 hours per week
