We are looking for a Service & Installation Engineer to join our client. This is a field-based role covering the South West of England with weekly visits to the local St. Albans depot.

Field Based – South West & St Albans

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, flexibility required

£35,000 to £38,000 per annum + van

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Service & Installation Engineer to cover the Southwest of England, with weekly visits to their local depot in St Albans.

What you will receive:

What will the Service & Installation Engineer be doing?

  • Completing full site installations
  • Assisting with the positioning of welfare and accommodation units using cranes
  • Installing various site welfare facilities and servicing them
  • Establishing water connections on-site, either from mains water or an external water source.
  • Setting up power connections with fly leads ranging from 16amp, 32amp, and 63amp (plug and play), powered by a range of hybrid products.

What are we looking for in the Service & Installation Engineer?

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Understanding of basic electrics and plumbing
  • Background in hybrid systems such as Solar PV or generators is desired
  • Understanding components within hybrid systems, including Solar PV, battery storage, wind turbines, and diesel/LPG generators.
