Regional Service Engineers – Ports & Lifting Equipment
Locations: Belfast | Scotland | North England | South England
Are you an experienced Service Technician or Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems? We’re looking for skilled professionals to join a growing team of Regional Engineers supporting port operations throughout the UK.
You’ll be working hands-on with cranes and lifting equipment at customer sites across your region – ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service & Maintenance of port-based cranes and mechanical lifting equipment
- Fault-finding & repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Site visits & inspections, working directly with customers to identify and solve issues
- Small Project Management, leading works on-site and ensuring safe, smooth delivery
- HSEQ Compliance, always working safely and to high industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Time-served or apprentice-trained in electrical, mechanical or hydraulic engineering
Experience in port, marine, or offshore equipment (crane experience preferred)
Confident with diagnostics, schematics, and working at height
Strong communication and customer service skills
Driving licence (UK/Ireland) required
