Overview
Our client URGENTLY requires 2 experienced MIG Welders to join their team.
CONSTANT OVERTIME AVAILABLE!
AFTER 13 WEEKS PERMANENT POSITION WHICH INCLUDES REGULAR OVERTIME AND MONTHLY PRODUCTION BONUS.
Hours
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm (Option for 6am to 6pm starts)
Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm (Option for 6am to 6pm starts)
Saturdays 6am to finish
£15 per hour for 1st 38 hours, £22.50 per hour after
The MIG WELDERS role
- Proficient in welding mild steel and structural steel products
- The MIG WELDER will be experienced in operating fabrication machinery
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
- Working under strict Health and Safety guidelines
- Welding various Mild steel and structural steel construction products
- General housekeeping and cleaning duties
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a WELDER
- Excellent communications skills as will be dealing with senior members of the business and external clients
- Physically fit
- Competent in reading engineering drawings
- Confident in operating power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely.
