We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team based in Luton (LU5) . This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy.
This is a varied role that combines hands-on warehouse duties with stock control responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys being part of a busy team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- £12.71 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, your duties will include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch.
- Wrapping and preparing bulk items to ensure they are securely packaged for transportation.
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse using the correct manual handling techniques.
- Carrying out regular stock counts and assisting with scheduled stock takes.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records of low-stock items, ensuring these are reported promptly.
- Keeping warehouse records up to date and supporting stock accuracy.
- Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and warehouse locations remain organised.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in line with health and safety procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure daily targets and customer deadlines are achieved.
