Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

An established and growing company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Installation Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong project coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple installation projects from quotation through to completion.

The Role of an Installation Coordinator

As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and successful delivery of installation projects. Working closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments, you will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of an Installation Coordinator

  • Planning and coordinating installation projects from quotation stage through to completion.
  • Preparing and managing quotations for installation works.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Managing project schedules, resources and budgets.
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Scheduling and supporting installation teams, providing guidance where required.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving any issues or delays.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience in project coordination, installation management or a similar role within construction, industrial doors, engineering or a related sector.

  • Proven experience managing projects within an installation or construction‑related environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
