We are working a leading distributor in manufacturing, known for quick response and a strong focus on quality and customer service. We’re now seeking a HSEQ Coordinator to join our team in Scunthorpe.

The Role of a HSEQ Coordinator
You will help manage and improve our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems across the business. Working closely with the management team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring compliance, handling audits, and promoting a positive QHSE culture.
Hours of Work of a HSEQ Coordinator
8:30am – 5:15pm, Monday to Friday (45 min lunch)

Key responsibilities include of a HSEQ Coordinator:
- Supporting the running and maintenance of QHSE management systems.
- Assisting with audits (internal, customer, and third-party).
- Coordinating customer and supplier complaint investigations.
- Maintaining accident/incident logs and supporting corrective actions.
- Assisting with COSHH compliance and environmental objectives.
- Producing reports and supporting KPI meetings.
- Coordinating training for inductions, first aid, manual handling, etc.
What we’re looking for in a HSEQ Coordinator:
- Previous experience in HSEQ, compliance, or a related role.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator, able to work across teams.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn.
