What will you be doing?
- As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and will involve:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Using social media and job boards to advertise vacancies.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Working closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and grow your skills.
