The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for:
- Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards
- Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity)
- Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials
- Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications
- Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required
- Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating plant or production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and solid numerical skills
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Forklift truck licence and/or basic lab testing skills (desirable)
