We are looking for an experienced and motivated
HR Coordinator to join our client's team and play a key role in supporting our employees, managers and wider business.
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll work closely with managers and the Management team, gaining valuable experience across all areas of HR while developing your skills and knowledge.
The Role
As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include
- Coordinate and administer time and attendance through Kelio, our HR system.
- Analyse HR metrics and KPIs, providing reports and insights to the Management team.
- Support managers with disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Coordinate recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Manage pre-employment checks, including DBS applications, ID verification, professional registrations and occupational health referrals.
- Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, training agreements and induction plans.
- Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee training, development and progression, including skills matrix development.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to Production Supervisors and managers.
- Coordinate and attend formal and informal employee meetings in line with company policy.
- Support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- CIPD Level 3 minimum or equivalent HR qualification.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, training and development and other core HR functions.
- Understanding of employment legislation and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A reliable, professional and confidential approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
