Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge within a technical environment? We are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Administrator to join an established and growing business based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers, engineers and colleagues. The successful candidate will provide essential support across warranty claims, compliance activities and technical service administration, ensuring the smooth running of service operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Role

  • Managing and processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting compliance and technical service administration activities.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers, service engineers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the progression and logistics of parts and service requirements.
  • Liaising with internal sales and service teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Managing service-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Using SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word, on a daily basis.
  • Providing regular updates and communication to customers and engineers regarding ongoing service activities.
  • Supporting the Service Manager with departmental administration and reporting requirements.

About You

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a service, engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system would be advantageous, although not essential.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
