RH Plastics Technology Ltd has over 35 years of experience as a leading supplier of high-frequency welding equipment, advanced cutting systems, and impulse and ultrasonic welding machinery. We serve a wide range of industries including medical, automotive, stationery, nuclear, tarpaulin, awning, banner, baby care, and packaging. Due to continued business expansion, we are looking to recruit additional Service Engineers to join our growing team, full training on our machinery ranges provided.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to provide:
- Servicing and preventative maintenance
- Machine refurbishment
- Breakdown support and fault finding
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- On-site customer support and technical assistance
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction while ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety standards. This position is both field-based and workshop-based and will involve occasional overnight stays.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and mechanical engineering experience
- Maintenance experience
- Service and/or breakdown experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and organised
- Full, clean UK driving licence
