Role Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs and servicing LCVs to the highest standards.
- Carry out routine servicing and safety checks to ensure vehicles are road‑ready.
- Use the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Work independently and within a team to meet DVSA and company health and safety standards.
- Complete accurate documentation to ensure compliance.
- Handle vehicles carefully with precautions.
- Complete work as directed by shift supervisor, workshop controller, or Dealer Point Manager.
Qualifications
- Qualified LCV Technician (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience with diagnostics, repairs and servicing of light commercial vehicles.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Self‑motivated to work on own initiative.
- LCV driver’s licence.
- Experience in a commercial workshop setting.
- Experience with the Renault LCV product.
