Overview

Ready to take the wheel at a newly redeveloped, state-of-the-art site? RH Commercial Vehicles, an award-winning dealership with seven thriving depots across the Midlands, is seeking a Dealer Point Manager to head up our Northampton operation.

Reporting to the Aftermarket General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day performance – driving service excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. This is your chance to inspire a skilled team, deliver for our customers, and play a key role in RHCV’s continued growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in workshop management, ideally within the Commercial Vehicle Industry
  • A natural leader who can inspire and mentor teams to deliver results
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer-first mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

You’ll really hit the ground running if…

  • You’ve successfully run a commercial vehicle dealership before
  • You have experience running a Renault Trucks UK dealership

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility with effective cost control
  • Preparing and delivering annual budgets
  • Hitting (and exceeding) manufacturer KPI targets
  • Maintaining first-class health, safety and environmental standards
  • Regular management audits and reporting to senior leadership
  • Driving parts sales and stock control in partnership with the Group Parts Manager
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team to be the best in the industry
