ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our brand marketing team. Supporting a portfolio of brands, you will have genuine autonomy and the influence to show your impact. To join us as our Marketing Executive, you’ll need to have a good Marketing or relevant degree or equivalent qualification, OR two years in a similar Marketing role. It’s essential that you have some relevant office experience if you’ve recently graduated, either through internships or a short-term role. You’ll be enthusiastic, articulate, keen to learn, highly computer-literate with strong numeracy and English communications skills. You’ll also be comfortable with Excel. You should be comfortable managing a wide range of brand activities, including product send-outs, supporting promotional campaigns, coordinating trade shows, and supporting marketing initiatives through to execution at ground level. This is an exciting role that will offer the opportunity to develop brand management and commercial skills. As part of the marketing team you will also be involved in other exciting projects across the wider company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the development and ongoing management of trading relationships with key brand partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment on commercial objectives.
- Work alongside the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement annual brand plans with brand partners, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, online activations and media whilst ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Manage and utilise the company CRM system to support marketing communications, across the wider marketing team.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end tradeshow process, including planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with the sales team.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update the company product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, or minimum 2 years’ work experience within a marketing related position.
- If you’re a graduate, you’ll need a strong academic background with clear evidence of your achievements, alongside some prior relevant office-based experience that you can confidently talk us through.
- Excellent organisation skills, being able to work on several projects at the same time & manage their time effectively.
- Commercially and analytically aware.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- A good standard of IT skills, including Excel and MS Teams.
- A positive “can-do” attitude, and a desire to be part of a successful team.
