RGS Springfield is a warm and nurturing Nursery, where children feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Based in a beautiful Georgian house, our Nursery provides a homely and caring environment where babies and young children can grow, explore and develop at their own pace.
Due to continued expansion, RGS Springfield continued expansion, Springfield is seeking a passionate, highly qualified, and enthusiastic Pre‑School Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant Pre‑School team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Working closely with parents, colleagues, and the Room Leader, you will deliver exceptional early education tailored to each child's individual needs.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, over four days on a full year basis with £14.06 per hour.
We are currently working towards a start date of September or October 2026 subject to the needs of the setting.
