RGS Worcester is recruiting a Baby Room Leader for our Worcester nursery.
You will take ownership of the Baby Room's daily running and ensure a warm, home-from-home environment for babies aged 0-12 months.
You will lead a dedicated team of practitioners, coordinate care plans and development activities, and help the setting maintain its high standards.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a start target of Sep/Oct 2026 and a pay of £15.63 per hour.
