The RGS Worcester Family of Schools is delighted to invite applicants for the position of Head of Rowing. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational individual to lead the coaching, development and administration of Rowing at RGS Worcester.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of Rowing to ensure high standards of safety, coaching, training and learning are delivered and that resources are used efficiently. They will work as part of the sports team alongside the other Heads of Sport and under the direction of the Director of Sport. This is an exciting opportunity to join our coaching team and build on recent sporting successes.
