RGS Worcester seeks to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated and dedicated Head of MFL who is able to inspire in our pupils a love of Modern Foreign Languages. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for leading and managing the department, ensuring that all subjects are taught in an interesting and challenging manner to realise each pupil's potential.
They will be capable of teaching any two or more of French, German and Spanish, with at least two at GCSE and one at A-Level. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a love of the subject, and a genuine commitment to sharing their enthusiasm for it with young people.
All RGS Staff are fully committed to the wider life of the School, and a contribution to extra-curricular activities is expected, as well as a willingness to play a full part in the MFL department. Early application is encouraged. Interviews will be held week commencing 2nd March 2026. Details will be confirmed to shortlisted candidates in due course.
