RGS Worcester is seeking a highly organised and reliable individual to join our team Estates team as Events & Hirings Coordinator for 25 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will: Possess high-level administrative and IT skills, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), data entry, and shared calendar management with high attention to detail. Be a fast learner, quick to pick up internal school procedures and venue booking software such as BookingsPlus.Action routine hirings efficiently, managing the hirings inbox to respond promptly to enquiries and logging bookings accurately- with an interest or understanding of sports being a helpful advantage. Deliver exceptional communication and customer service, acting as a responsive, professional point of contact for external clients, parents, and internal school teams. Work collaboratively across departments, prioritising competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while streamlining communication across events and hirings operations.
