RGS Springfield Nursery in Worcester is continuing to grow as a warm, nurturing early years setting dedicated to supporting children’s development. Currently welcoming children aged 2 to 4 years, we are expanding our provision and strengthening our team to meet increasing demand from local families. With a focus on high quality care, strong relationships, and an engaging curriculum, RGS Springfield Nursery is thriving as a trusted and vibrant part of the Worcester community.
The expanding Nursery now requires an Early Years Room Lead, initially for maternity cover but with the potential of a permanent role. The role is to lead and manage the Pre-School room ensuring a high-quality early years experience both indoors and outdoors. This includes planning, supervising staff, supporting children's learning and development and promoting a strong outdoor learning provision aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
We are looking for someone who loves Early Years education and who will thrive in a child-centred environment.
