RGS Springfield Nursery is looking to appoint a number of Early Years Practitioners to work as part of the Early Years Team under the direction of the Nursery Manager to provide safe, stimulating and varied programmes of play and high-quality education and care for young children.

Springfield Nursery in Worcester is continuing to grow as a warm, nurturing early years setting dedicated to supporting children’s development. Currently welcoming children aged 2 to 4 years, we are expanding our provision and strengthening our team to meet increasing demand from local families. With a focus on high quality care, strong relationships, and an engaging curriculum, Springfield Nursery is thriving as a trusted and vibrant part of the Worcester community.

Roles are available on full and part time terms and we are also interested in hearing from those who seek casual work on a non-qualified basis to be part of our bank staff. Please indicate on your application the role for which you are applying.
