RGS Dodderhill is inviting applications for a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Headteacher with Admissions support, a pivotal role providing comprehensive executive support and admissions coordination to ensure the smooth daily operation of the school and a seamless experience for prospective families.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and proactive personal assistance to the Headteacher at RGS Dodderhill, ensuring the smooth operation of her day-to-day responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Central Admissions Team to deliver a seamless admissions process and a positive experience for all prospective families.
Requirements
- Experience in a PA or senior administrative role, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional approach to parents, staff, and pupils.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with databases and MIS is highly desirable.
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
