RGS Springfield in Worcester is seeking a passionate, highly qualified Pre-School Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team.

You will deliver safe, nurturing early education tailored to each child, work closely with parents and the Room Leader, and support children to learn, grow and thrive.

Start date planned for September or October 2026; 40 hours per week over four days at £13.03 per hour.
