RGS Worcester is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated part-time Careers Advisor to join our dedicated team on a fixed term basis. This position is ideally suited to an individual seeking a rewarding career change, who demonstrates a strong willingness to develop their skills and knowledge in this area, alongside a commitment to undertaking recognised careers advice qualifications.

Job Information
- Responsible to: Deputy Head (Academic) and Head of Careers
- Working Hours: Up to 15 hours per week over two days, term time only plus two weeks based on 37.5 hours per week FTE. Specific days and working hours will be discussed at interview.
- Contract: This is a Fixed-Term Contract for up to a year.
- Start Date: September 2026 (negotiable)
- Location: RGS Worcester. RGS Dodderhill as required.
