Nursery Administrator in Worcester

RGS Springfield is a warm and nurturing Nursery, where children feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Based in a beautiful Georgian house, our Nursery provides a homely and caring environment where babies and young children can grow, explore and develop at their own pace.

Due to continued expansion, RGS Springfield is seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Nursery Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across the nursery and the RGS schools.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, the Bursary, and the wider school community, you will play a central role in ensuring daily administrative operations run smoothly, from coordinating nursery demands and managing event logistics to serving as a welcoming presence on Reception when needed.

This is a part-time, permanent role, working 16 hours per week, over two days on a full year basis with £14.74 per hour.

We are currently working towards a start date of September or October 2026 subject to the needs of the setting.
