RGS Springfield is a warm and nurturing Nursery, where children feel at home from the moment they arrive. Based in a beautiful Georgian house, our Nursery provides a homely and caring environment where babies and young children can grow, explore and develop at their own pace.

Due to continued expansion, the Nursery requires a Baby Room Leader. This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated Early Years professional to develop their career in a supportive, friendly and fun atmosphere. The role is to lead and manage the Baby Room, ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in our care.

The successful candidate will have specific knowledge of working with babies and children under two years of age to support their individual needs. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week potentially over four days (which need to be flexible) on a full year basis. We are currently working towards a start date of 1 September 2026 subject to the needs of the setting. Early application is encouraged.
