An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join the team at RGS Guildford.

You will be part of a small HR Team who work together to support our community of teaching and support staff professionals both during the recruitment process and throughout their time at the School.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records;
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for all staff roles;
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks;
  • Co-ordinating effective onboarding for new staff;
  • Ensuring all staff training records are up-to-date.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy administrative or HR environment who is confident managing a varied workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You will be professional and supportive in your approach and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

In return you will receive

  • Circa £28,000 per annum
  • 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme with an individual contribution of 5% and a School contribution of 10%.
