The Role

You will be part of a specialist team responsible for electronics assembly and through-hole soldering, working to high-quality standards across a range of products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Precision hand soldering (through-hole components)
  • PCB assembly and component placement
  • Preparing kits and materials for production
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
  • Monitoring your own work to ensure high quality and consistency
  • Supporting inspection and general production tasks
  • Using internal systems to track and process work

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in electronics assembly, PCB work, or soldering
  • Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working with small, delicate components

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Up to £25,500 (depending on experience)
  • 37-hour working week
  • Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:00
  • Fri: 07:30–12:30 (early finish)
  • 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension scheme (employer contributions)
