The Role
You will be part of a specialist team responsible for electronics assembly and through-hole soldering, working to high-quality standards across a range of products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Precision hand soldering (through-hole components)
- PCB assembly and component placement
- Preparing kits and materials for production
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
- Monitoring your own work to ensure high quality and consistency
- Supporting inspection and general production tasks
- Using internal systems to track and process work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronics assembly, PCB work, or soldering
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Comfortable working with small, delicate components
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow processes
- A quality-focused, reliable approach to work
A practical soldering test will be part of the interview process.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- Up to £25,500 (depending on experience)
- 37-hour working week
- Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:00
- Fri: 07:30–12:30 (early finish)
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays
- Pension scheme (employer contributions)
