The Role
- You will take ownership of document control processes, working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of all project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document control systems across multiple projects
- Ensure all drawings and technical documents are correctly filed, tracked, and accessible
- Control distribution of documentation to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain document registers, transmittals, and workflows
- Ensure strict version control and revision tracking
- Support audits, project reviews, and handover documentation
- Coordinate document submissions, approvals, and change control
- Act as the main point of contact for document-related queries
- Provide general project and administrative support where required
About You
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within engineering, construction, HVAC or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of document management systems and processes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience working with technical drawings or engineering documentation
- Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems
