Overview
We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels.
Role
- Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara)
- Point-to-point checks, functional testing, system validation
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Working alongside Project Managers and site teams
- Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level)
Requirements
- Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara)
- ALC experience desirable
- Strong HVAC / building services knowledge
- Previous BMS commissioning experience
- Ability to read schematics and control strategies
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
- £5,000 car allowance
- Regular overtime available (OTE £60k+)
- Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday)
- Strong career progression

Location: 90% London / within M25
