Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold extensions.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with property transactions.
Conducting property searches, liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements
Qualified solicitor (3-5 years PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property law.
Proven experience managing residential property transactions from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal practice management and document drafting.
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
